Shipping and Return Policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping across Canada, and free shipping for orders over $60 before taxes (over $100 for rural areas). We are looking to expand our shipping options to other countries, so keep checking back!

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Canada shipping charges vary based on order size and province. We offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more before taxes to all major cities. On orders of $100+, we offer free shipping to rural locations. 

For orders less than $60, we charge $10-15 for shipping depending on the province or territory, and whether you are shipping to a rural location (as defined by Canada Post). 

All prices are in Canadian dollars. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We ship out all orders within two to three business days. Each order is custom packed and we are a small team hand packing all of your Just Great Tea! Once your package is sent out to our shipping provider, your estimated delivery time will be shared with a tracking number.

HOW DO I FIX AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

Though shipping issues are rare, we will try our best to help fix any delivery issues encountered. If you have a specific question or concern about your shipment, please email us at hello@justgreattea.com along with your order number. In most cases, we will need to contact our postal carrier to figure out how to resolve the delivery issue.

However, Just Great Tea is not held responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses given by customers (any costs for re-shipment will be charged back to the customer)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I USED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please email us at hello@justgreattea.com to help you with your order. Your order will be re-shipped, pending a return shipping fee of $10.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time, all purchases are Final Sale.

Except for the exceptions noted below, all items purchased from Just Great Tea are Final Sale. If you have an issue with your order, you can reach out to us at hello@justgreattea.com and we'll do our best to help. 

Exceptions / Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
