WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping across Canada for orders over $60 CAD. We are looking to expand our shipping options to other countries, so keep checking back!

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Canada: Shipping charges vary based on order size and province. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $60 CAD!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We ship out all orders within two to three business days.

Each order is custom packed and we are a small team handpacking all of your Just Great Tea! 

Once your package is sent out to our shipping provider, your estimated delivery time will be shared with a tracking number. 

HOW DO I FIX AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

Though shipping issues are rare, we will try our best to help fix any delivery issues encountered. If you have a specific question or concern about your shipment, please email us at hello@justgreattea.com along with your order number. In most cases, we will need to contact our postal carrier to figure out how to resolve the delivery issue.

However, Just Great Tea is not held responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses given by customers (any costs for re-shipment will be charged back to the customer)

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Currently, no, our products are not gluten free. Though the tea leaves and tapioca pearls are gluten free, our bubble tea powder contains trace amounts of gluten (70 PPM). We are currently working to improve our bubble tea powder to be gluten free in the near future.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE TASTE OF MY BUBBLE TEA TO FIT MY PREFERENCES?

The best part of our 3 Minute Bubble Tea Kits is that you can customize your bubble tea to fit your exact preferences! Here is a general guideline of how to tweak your bubble tea to fit you just right!

To adjust the creaminess of your bubble tea - add any dairy free milk of your choice! We recommend oat milk for the best results.

To adjust the sweetness of your bubble tea - steep the tea bag for 1-2 minutes if you like your bubble tea sweeter. For the full Just Great Tea experience, we recommend steeping the tea bag for at least 3 minutes. 

To adjust the chewiness of your boba pearls - The recommended cooking time of 20 seconds will get the boba pearls to the suggested chewiness level. If you like your tapioca more chewy, 15 seconds in the microwave works too. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BUBBLE TEA KIT?

For the entire kit: Keep any unopened in a cool and dry area, and away from continuous direct sunlight.

WHAT IS THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE PRODUCTS?

Our products are designed to be shelf stable, but we recommend consuming all products within 2 months of receiving them. 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE VEGAN AND DAIRY FREE?

Traditional bubble tea powders in the industry use ‘lactose-free creamers’ in their bubble tea mixes, which uses milk derivatives to replicate the creaminess and richness of real milk.  
At Just Great Tea, we guarantee that all of our bubble tea powders and kit ingredients contain zero dairy. We believe that we are the first in the world to manufacture a bubble tea powder using all vegan ingredients. We proudly manufacture our bubble tea powder locally in Canada. 

Though our brown sugar tapioca is manufactured in Taiwan, rest assured that Taiwan takes their tapioca seriously and sets high standards for quality. 
We care about inclusivity and believe bubble tea can still be enjoyed by dairy-intolerant people and vegans too, using truly dairy free ingredients.
